Our work
A selection of engagements from over 20 years of delivery for leading global institutions and public bodies.
Challenge: Move 400 million time series across 300 datasets onto a new statistical production platform — with zero tolerance for error.
What we did: Led the collection phase end to end, managing scope, timeline and budget, and facilitating design workshops with senior stakeholders.
Result: Delivered on time and within budget; generated over £500k in savings by also taking on lead business-analysis duties for a sister programme.
Challenge: Fragmented, ageing systems with no single view of data.
What we did: Deployed enterprise data-governance tooling (Azure Purview) from proof-of-concept to live — establishing data lineage, glossary management and conformity reporting — and migrated legacy data into a central data lake.
Result: A governed, trustworthy data foundation powering organisation-wide reporting and analytics.
Challenge: Modernise client onboarding, regulatory reporting and risk profiling across multiple platforms and client types.
What we did: Led delivery across CRM, core banking and identity-verification platforms; standardised delivery with Agile/Scrum; ran governance forums covering risk and dependencies.
Result: Improved delivery transparency, operational readiness and regulatory alignment.
Challenge: Slow, legacy financial reporting and low analytics maturity.
What we did: Migrated data end to end, rebuilt reporting and dashboards in Power BI, moved the team from Waterfall to Agile, and delivered an organisation-wide training programme.
Result: Legacy systems retired; modern self-service reporting adopted across skill levels.
Challenge: Inconsistent data for funds and mandates across the business.
What we did: Designed a ‘true master data’ framework covering metadata, migration and infrastructure, front to back.
Result: A single, reliable data foundation for critical investment operations.
