Our story
Optivon Consultants was founded to bring world-class technology delivery to organisations of every size — with a particular focus on helping businesses and public bodies across West Africa and Africa at large grow, modernise and compete. As the continent's banks, fintechs, public institutions and growing enterprises digitise at pace, world-class delivery experience has never mattered more.
We believe good technology should be practical, well-governed and genuinely useful — not complicated for its own sake. That belief is in our name, and in our motto: making IT work for every client.
Leadership & team
Optivon is led by Terence Emerhana, a Senior IT Consultant with over two decades of experience — supported by a team of versatile consultants spanning programme delivery, data and migration, business analysis, cloud and training. It means we can scale to your engagement and cover the full breadth of a modern technology programme.
Together we have delivered transformation and data programmes for some of the most demanding institutions in the world — including the European Central Bank, UBS, Citi, Barclays, Royal Bank of Scotland, BlackRock, the NHS and Royal Bank of Canada. Highlights include leading the migration of 400 million time series across 300 datasets for a central bank's new statistical platform, deploying enterprise data-governance tooling from proof-of-concept to live for a major retailer, and generating over £500,000 in programme savings by combining senior project-management and lead business-analysis responsibilities.
